i know calzaghe won it, when he resorted to those hit and run tactics, and fast flurries.
it also said that on another website.

the mayweather del a hoya fight.

there wasnt much happening in the rounds, pretty boy would pot shot from the outside,,,....shots that would land!, and then oscar would throw a flurry, with hardly anything landing, cos mayweather defensively was too good.

this fight should not have been scored closely, i dont care if ricky hatton or 'bzkfn' says it was close when it is clear what happened.

i guess the untrained eye probably saw a fast boxer jabbing fast, pot shotin, and then this aggressive fighter starts winging punches left right left right, making the other fella turn from side to side...POWER!

WHEN IN REality, mayweathers shoulder defense was awesome that night!
Well thats great, but as i've already expressed boxing is not score on defence.

Untrained eye?....The system i provided for you, is that used by most European judges when judging actual competition, not an opinion based theoretical couch analysis.

Ironic that you slate Calzaghe for "hit and run tactics" yet you support Mayweather in the same thread.
