The Hip has only 6% of movement its all the other joints and feet that make it possible, going on to the front foot you loose your basic fundamentles of balance and Oral stability your line to create power has gone the shoulders are not balanced and in line. What moves the right shoulder is the left shoulder, on the front it stops the Hip Flexus from working the left shoulder and putting excess strain on the groin and lower back the muscles will not work as they should. Back foot is your distance, front foot is your direction depending on your optical prefference.
