I started skipping 2 weeks ago and I've been getting Ankle pain resulting to knee pain, like it actually hurts, whenever i jump, skip, or run. I bought top line running shoes, which did help out a bit in reducin the pain, but they still kill whenever I do anything involving pressure on the joints. I spoke to a trainer I know, and he goes just warm your joints up before anything, and ye I do always, but that doesnt do shit either, so I am starting to worry if i have tendinitis or something that can potentially damage my career in boxing, anyways my question is, are there any people who are undergoing the same issues, and how do you treat it. And please dont say 'rest' because i rested for a week and it was useless and didnt help.
