I think even with normal carpet on concrete it'd be a bit tough on your body - I know a coach who made skipping boards for use in his gym which had concrete floors. I think from memory they were just like a normal slat floor held just above the level of the rest of the floor with little blocks all nailed together so there was some give in the boards but the whole thing was big and stable enough.Originally Posted by Outlaw Immortal
