Yes this is true, but you must remember that Wright had already had three chances before this. It is very rare for a fighter with very little drawing power to get a fourth shot.

I give him all the respect in the world for making it happen in what was undoubtably his last chance. It is partly because of this that his rise to the top was somewhat short lived. This guys has been around for a long time when he finally made it to the top, he was in his last legs. I don't expect to see him on top for much longer.
