He certainly is. He's a head-first fighter that makes Ricky Hatton look like a defensive master, but he's got far too much for the burnt-out wreck claiming to be Casamayor who clearly lost his last fight against a fighter katsidis would beat. If Casamayor doesn't improve to somewhere near his old self he won't have the offense to make a dent and he'll lose to Katsidis.

I think Casamayor was just rusty his last time. Which is easy to understand when your 36 and coming off a year layoff. The smartest thing he could have done was set up a fight as soon as possible. Which is what he did.

Im willing to give Casamayor one more chance to show he has still got it. I have never thought much of Katsidis except he is exciting, and if Casamayor is on the ball, then he will batter Katsidis.

There's rusty and there's shot. If he'd just been rusty he still would have had enough to win the fight against a guy who let's face it was nowhere near world class. I think Casamayor was a fantastic boxer and a prime Casamayor would have toyed with Katsidis, but he's a long way from his prime. The question is was that the best he could do last time out and at least he'll be motivated to be all he can be when he faces Katsidis. This fight will be a hell of a test for both of them.
