    Default Amir Khan ....

Suprised noone has commented on Khan's dazzling skills yet. Ok it was against a nobody but he really seems to be developing into a great great prospect. He's kept his amazing hand speed while adding power and a bigger repatoire of shots into his games while also keeping his hands a lot higher. It was the body shots that did in Bull last night, something we havent seen before. The diffeerence between the Khan that fought Kinderlan and the one we saw last night was MASSIVE. Warren really needs to stop feeding him fodder and let him in with the big boys of the british scene, i think Khan would give a serious beatdown to any of them. Also i think the Khan which was in against Bull would destroy Drilzane, he learnt a lot from that fight and has grown as a fighter a lot since then.

I honestly believe Khan will be undisputed champ in a few years, his skills are improving at such a rate that i think in another 4/5 fights he should be heading for a world title fight.

What do you guys think of Khan ... some negative vibes about him usually but damn hes a very good prospect.

Like i said in other thread Bull was moving punch bag he didn't try and fight he just run and it's easy to look good against someone who don't fight back lets just wait and see when someone actually fights back yes fair play he looked good but really Khan has probably had better sparring partners than Bull.

Hard to look good against a guy like Bull. Almost like Morrade Hakkar versus Hopkins.

But he does have very good size for the weight and real good speed. I haven't seen him enough but he doesn't look like a huge puncher to me. Be interesting to see if he has a good chin or not.

Amir is a great prospect. I really believe he can be world champ but won't be suprised if he gets beat before he does. I think he could do with a loss to learn something new- some guys can fight back!

These fights aren't learning him anything and he's just getting to falsely believe his own invulnerability every fight. When he was hammering that bloke on the ropes, any half decent fighter could have landed good counters as Amir was wide, wide open for a left or right hook.

He isn't the hardest puncher in the world and he needs to box more and learn a bit of discipline. All he is learning now is that he can go in and bang people out, but not everyone just stands there and takes it. That French guy he fought caught him a few times, had he been a banger, Amir would have been in trouble.

I just think he needs a tough fight to bring him back down to earth and make him realise he has to use those wonderful boxing skills he has. The sooner the better in my opinion as he doesn't want t ocarry on the way he is and learn the hard way when it matters, ie, in a title fight.

Needs to bite the bullet and step up to the next level now.

Fight with Thaxton seems a natural,if Warren has the nerve to risk his golden boy.

A punching bag would have put up a better fight.

Khan is good but I think Andre Berto is better.

Absolutely correct. Dishing it out is only half the equation.
