I think Enzo stops Haye. Struggling to make weight is going to hurt Haye

I think fair play to both of them for taking the fight, becuase there are massive risks for both.
As I mentioned on the previous page, Haye will have to lose around 35 pounds to make the weight, which in my opinion will be the key to the fight and him losing. But Enzo is taking ahuge risk fighting a guys that is MUCH bigger naturally.

I guess that it's justified, but I thought it would be closer!

Setanta were running a poll on their site and Enzo was winning that by a mile, I think the bookies will have a field day if the same people bet on Enzo.

Thats the only thing I see going against Haye too

I used to hate Haye and wanted to see him lose but hes gained my respect recently . I didnt like him cuz he lost to Carl yet still got the fights he wanted whilst Carl fell into teh background . But Haye seems like a good bloke and is taking this fight due to demand even though he knows he is risking it . At heavy its much easier but even Haye said at Cruiser he hasnt got teh legs whereas Enzo is strong at the weight

Props to Haye for that , also in his interview after beating Mormeck which was a great achievement he was giving credit to Joe and Hatton rather than just biggin himself up . Hope he beats Enzo now .

Ive just finished reading Enzo's interview in Boxing Monthly. He makes a point of talking his heart up as if he's the warrior that Haye isn’t.

I’m not so sure? I know Haye definitely has character but I’m not sure about Enzo.

There's still a few thing I’m undecided on but I’m actually thinking that if Enzo can avoid getting sparked in the first third of the fight (which there is a massive chance of happening) then the passing rounds will allow himself time to settle into a groove and with his superior repertoire, eventually Haye will get backed up, become frustrated and far less effective. Enzo is the Better boxer, regardless of 'amateur background'.

Assuming Enzo has a lot of success in the exchanges, I don't think he'll dare to get too comfortable in the pocket, although he is by far the better there. Enzo's left to the body is lethal, but he'd be a fool for getting into positions to take that shot.

Also, I’m not sure how Haye will react in a state of desperation/ frustration? Will he fall apart, get silly and leave HUGE opportunities to get hurt? Or will he pull something extraordinary out of the bag?

At the moment, I’m going with a bold ''no-knockdown-let-alone-a-knockout'' Enzo UD. With Haye starting strong and remaining VERY dangerous throughout, keeping the outcome of the fight on an knife edge but ultimately conceeding many rounds and getting badly out boxed.

This of course, rely's firmly on Enzo's arsehole remaining in tact

    David Haye wins by TKO/KO.

Enzo is not used to opponents hitting him back & he's going to get a shock when he realises that Haye is no Bobby Gunn!!

Enzo was floored in the Scott fight so thats not a good example considering Scott is mediocre at best. And Braithwaite never really hit Enzo, he had his it all his own way and was never caught with a hard flush punch from Braithwaite, who was mostly trying to survive.

How is a fighter being floored not a good example of getting hit back? Getting hit back is one thing, getting floored and getting back up is a whole new level.

The simple reason is because Scott is not a good puncher nor is he a good fighter, which furthers the point that Haye could catch Enzo early and finish him.

To me it looks like Haye has fought better opposition recently and may be a bit sharper because of this. I voted for a Haye KO/TKO but the more I read about these guys the more I lean towards it going the distance. If Haye can't keep his hands up he will obviously be in trouble both for the KO and for points if it goes that way. Looks like its going to be a good one. I like the cruiser weights, the heavys are just too big and boring these days.
