country and then region, 1 is like the state flag of california and i guess the other is some english region

It's the US flag and the California flag which is the state I live in.

I had that too bro,the limit now is 200 but it counts inbox AND outbox so delete sent messages too. Before I had like 1,000,had delete them all.
