I think Quintana should go for the Puerto Rican angle and go for Kermit Cintron. I think Quintana would beat him as easily as he beat Julio. And he would collect another belt in the process

That's true. But than again I wouldn't be surprise if Cintron pulled out of the Margarito fightExcept that title will soon be on the waist of Margarito
