Unless this fight is at 140 Hatton won't fight him.

Hatton has had 4 opponents to consider for the May clash I heard and they were Herman Ngoudjo, Paul Malignaggi, Juan Lacanzo and Ricardo Torres so he'll fight one of those probbably and would whoop every one of them anyway.

Isaac who??...Poor pick from Ricky if this comes off.

What's the bet Witter will pipe up aswell, and so he should really alot of very casual boxing fans i know say they want Hatton-Witter.

I cant see why Ricky would bother this this I mean he builds up all the steam in America, no sense in taking a step back. The loss to mayweather has hit home alot harder than Ricky let's on maybe.

For a comeback fight could be worse I guess.

Holt was a terrible style for Hlatshwayo, he's better when guys are in front of him. He's not gonna win but I don't see an early blow out or anything.

I dunno, I just remember how well Nate Campbell was doing going to the body in spurts and doing some infighting in one of his sleepwalk performances.. Seem's to me like their only looking at this guy because Hatton should have no problems with him. Maybe Isac's tougher than I think, but Hatton is a good body puncher when he can land.

According to Sky News this fight is happening May 20somethingth at Man City's ground. They'd better put a big tarpaulin up over the ring because you just know it's going to piss down.

The Witter bottler deserves a "gimme", I guess, but i'd sooner watch him batter the likes of Rees or Colin Lynes than go through the motions bashing-up world ranked no-name.

Hey Macho, You know that I agree with you on most points, but here I must disagree.
Ricky is a fantastic talent. His problem is that he neglects to take care of himself between fights. However, I feel that this cannot be used as an excuse as a fighters mentality and life choices are his own and as such indicate his quality as a fighter. However, I feel there is more to be seen and we cannot write off Ricky yet.

Ok you are righ hitmandonny , but the point is that most of the fight that i saw from Hatton , he fought dirty with his opponent you see and that downgrade him: in my opinion, maybe i dont like his style of boxing ,but i want see him fight with a good hard puncher like Torres toe to toe and see if can make it, that what i guess......Good point of view from you.....

Thats a good point Macho. I grew up watching Hatton's early career.
He boxed like Julio Caesar Chavez back then, with speed accuracy and combinations.

But his style has altered and many do not like his new rough and rugged style. However as a fan I've stayed loyal and I've gotten used to his fights.

But Macho, great point. I feel a rugged fighter like Torres who's directly in his path may bring the best out in Hatton once again!

Watch the Hatton vs Ben Tackie fight and you will see a totally different fight from Hatton, He boxes Tackies head off.
