The only really restaurant worthy I can cook is Chicken and Mushroom Vol au Vont, but man I love it!!!

I have big respect for chefs as I worked as a Hotel Barman for a year and a half (at weekends and nights...nightmare.) But the stress the Chefs went through was truely shocking and I don't envy them although I admire the people who do it.

Ye man its a good job and always throwing somewthing different at me, we have a good laugh 2, my boss is pretty flexible with my training 2 which is good 2 cant see myself doing it forever tho its a young mans game, let us know if you need any recipe help anytime bud, and ye chick and mush vol au vents rock!!
