He can but it's a bad idea. He could get himself killed.

    Remember, Pac started @ 108.

I don't think Pac will be thinking about Diaz or Hatton after he loses to Marquez

stepping stone jmm? ive heard that before, jmm is in the same position he was in at the first fight. he was pac stepping stone to get to morales. pac eventually did get to morales but he overlook jmm well we all saw the fight resulted in a draw. this time around jmm is still a stepping stone but pac is not over looking him, looks like jmm made a mistake of running his mouth. Now he will pay, this tells us one thing is for certain. Pac is focus and jmm is in trouble!!!!!

You are one of the more knowledgeable posters in here but this time your head is wrapped too tight with a bandana of the Phillipine flag . Would you have your fighter in any other mindset ? What a joke, and this is supposed to send Pac into approaching the fight with more intensity? Like saying that you will challenge Diaz and Hatton afterward is less respectful? JMM's comments and Pac''s reaction is a blessing. Pac can feel free to revert to his old reckless / skill less style and get countered to death again. Round one (mind game) goes to JMM......... Let's see Pac is supposed to win this fight, but if he does not I'll be one of the 1st to run your biased _ ss off the site come Sat, Mar 16, 2008.

thats what everbody thought when he fought mab the first time. then when he fought morales. no matter who pac fights and who he beats, he will never sum up to a lot of peoples eyes. thats what happens when your popular. some will like you and would love to see you go on, some will hate you no matter what. as long as pac, or any boxer for this instance, throws a punch and knows how to punch, anything can happen.

People said that about Trinidad fighting Jones and Trinidad was way past his prime and 'fresh' from a two year retirement.

Pacquiao is in his physical prime and is fighting for the status of being called the greatest p4p fighter in the world.

It's exactly the kind of fight an all time great would take and Pacquiao wants to be seen as an all time great.

They are both 5 ft 6, both weight exactly the same on fight night and Manny has the longer reach.

It's by no means a blowout and IS a freaking HUGE MEGA PPV fight.

C'mon people who would you rather see them fight, Hatton fight Witter and Pacquiao fight Guzman

Fuck that, let's have a huge marquee mega fight

Now, Hatton would really have some tearful nights if he lost to Pacquiao!

Hatton would make alot of £££ for the fight but he would also look like a prat fighting Manny when guys like Paulie and Witter are around.

As for Manny, fighting David Diaz, winning another "world title" my ass. He's fighting one of the wekest fighters at 135 and scraping the division from the bottom of the barrel.Guzman,Kats,Casamayor, and mainly Juan Diaz should all be ahead of David Diaz.

I would never imagine a Pac fan admitting that Pac simply wouldn't win against someone or at least have a challenging fight. But yeah, good point there about the weight.
