Brian Viloria aka "Baby Elvis" seems to be in control through round 4 but took some clean shots from Lopez at the end of the 4th, good back and forth in that last round.
Thanks for the heads up. I hope yahoo keeps doing this with every PPV.
Viloria start off the fifth pursuing the fight pawwing the jab and dodging the counter, BV times a nice right on Lopez chin, down he goes, and gets up at 8. Lopez getting his wits back and gets caught with a low blow, ref gives him a much needed rest. the shot was indeed low. Back at after about a minute...BV shooting the jab 10-8 for BV although a earlier body shot from Lopez caused a kd that was ruled a slip.
Round 6
BV throw the jab and Lopez comes back with a combo...L tries to go body/bocked...Lopez stayin at distance...nice left hook right cross by BV...getting busier now..inside exchange...L back on his backfoot now...BV throw a lead right then left hook to the body lands good...BV drops the right over L's jab...BV trying for that right often
10-9 BV
how many televised undercards are there scheduled?
Round 7 lost my connection to the stream somehow and its about halfway through...Bv is looking to land counter bombs..1,2 from BV...just landed a big right hook counter...big lead left hook from BV..last minute was mostly jab and move stuff with L backing up.
Round 8 last round
Bv throw the 1 2 5 L's just trying to get a lead left hook or jab to land, nothing yet...both wing some inside hooks..nice body shots from BV...a missed overhand right is timed by L who counter a lackluster shot...Lopez look weary of BV's power because he should be going for a k.o. by my book...nice back and forth for the last 30 seconds.
Bv 10-9 I got a shutout for BV, maybe lost a round or two I missed.
UD Brian Viloria 78-74 and 2 78-73's

Watchng Hearns make me nostalgic for Hitman...his right cross is even the same, dont know about power wise but he looks alot like his pops style wise, getting full range with that cross. if he grows a little goatee you would think your in a time warp.
No one else Is speaking on it so re-cap of Hearns 17-0 (13) Vs. Juan Astorga 11-1-1 (6)..............Hearns is not his Father.
At 29 he needs to really get in with some guy that will ask the tough questions.Astorga basically a gimme opponent over 3 rounds, hurt to the body in 1st and rocked hard in last round (3),Astorga not really throwing anything and contrary to what Merchant say's....Hearns Is not a good finisher.Good jab,Focused on body but these are the fights that make people go.."Oh yeh,I saw that one" Needs to do what you do to outclassed opponents at this juncture,Finish them.
Hearns leaves right extended a little and Astorga getting brave and has re found his legs in the 5th.walking to Hearns and actually catching him a few.OHHH,nice right hand drops Astorga at end of 5th,Now can Hearns come out in 6th and finish?
Wow,Astorga was KO'd by Joey Gilbertreally? Hearns looking for a highlight shot.working jab in 7th.nice left to body by hearns.Astorga a little more willing.Hearns getting flashy and cocky with good jab and long rt's.does a half bolo punch
