Same with running. As I run, sometimes I'm not able to as long as I might because it could be that I'm running faster and don't know it...
Wouldn't be that Clubber, if you're training right then your energy systems would be improving along with our strength anyway

You'd have to be doing nothing but resistance training and even then - it wouldn't really work like that...
