Now this is with insurance
Im just sitting there in the waiting room for over an hour holding my finger and leaking from the eyes

Trainer Monkey.. your CO PAY cost $1000?

That is unheard of..

My ER co-pay is $100 and that is the highest it has ever been.. If that is your co-pay then i suggest you get a new plan or something.. Luckily I am still under my parents plan because i'm under 25, and still a student, but if i got health insurance at my job the ER co-pay would be the same.. But the others would be more expensive, hence staying with my parents plan.. But, the point is if you got a minimum wage part time job that offered part-time benefits for employees, you'd do EXTREMELY better than $1000 for an ER visit..

Also, not taking a shot at you or anything, but.. it's not the ER's fault that the doctor(s) have other patients to see.. you were the one who waited so long to get it checked out, so you can't really factor that into the argument of dissing healthcare..

I was having an anxiety issue and was having problems breathing, and i told them that when i signed in at the ER, and they took me right away due to priority.... I probably went ahead of 5-6 people in the waiting room her were probably there because they didn't feel well or something to that extent that was not as serious..
