...dang you were going to do an interview with him? I had no idea.

Even if he got out 5 years ago he wouldn't be in fighting shape and he wouldn't be boxing, he'd be a Kimbo Slice or a really Old Mike Tyson or a Butterbean some sort of Circus sideshow freak for idiots to gawk at.

Ike weighs at LEAST 280 now a days

Yeah I was sitting around one day mulling over the HW division a couple of days after Toney/Peter 2 and was trying to think of something else in the division worth writing about when I got an e-mail that had been sent out to a bunch of the online boxing sites about IKE and all his prison hoopla..so I figured it would make a good read and contacted the number in the e-mail...all started out well then like I said the whole family went loopy.....IMO would have been a good read if all went well but all in all it was probably for the best it happened before and not after the interview

I agree if Ike did get out he would not have been anything more then a curiosity....In all actuality he was just coming into his own when his career ended...he had yet to be solidified...He beat Tua in an all out War of big men then KO'd Byrd who he outweighed by like 45lbs...But there was alot of guys outh there better then those two at the time..EG Ray Mercer, Holyfield was still near the top, Rahman , Botha, Briggs...all still at their best
