Swimming by yourself is boring. Swimming in a club is great. You get technique tips, people to race, you get pushed and learn to push more than you can alone.
Otherwise as someone said rowing is a good one, cycling isn't too bad, maybe rock climbing?
I've had a knee injury and I know how much it sucks. For me the answer was swimming but if that's not your thing I hope you find something else that suits. Good luck![]()
