Pavlik to Face Winky Wright June 7th

Winky may get his first knockout. I wonder if Pavlik can crack that shell. Bernard couldn't really do much that wasnt one of the highest punches landed fights I can guarentee you that. We know Pavlik isnt going to gas out, and he throws about every punch in the book, so it's gonna be a real hard one for Winky. Winky will have to put out alot more offense than usual and I don't rate Pavliks defense that high at all. His offense is his defense. Gonna take Winky's best to beat him, and I hope the up and down weight doesn't effect him. No crispy cremes this camp

The title of this thread is pretty misleading. All that site says is that Arum has talked to Winky, that doesn't mean a fight is even close to happening.

Yeah it is misleading, Arum sound pretty pissed at Winky, he doesnt like the way he fights, he likes action fighters. It is the best fight in that division right now, Abraham is busy, Rubio would be a showcase IMO, and Lorenzo...well that makes sense to me, but nobody knows Lorenzo. That would definately be a good HBO free fight though. BTW Rubio is Top Rank , so he may have the inside track to getting the fight.

Its names like this on your record that makes your legacy - and good to see Pavlik going in with someone who atleast poses a threat to him not going for mandotorys.
