the taylor decisions were two close fights that could of gone either way, ( i felt hopkins won the second fight). the fat welterweights you were talking about i'm guessing is tito and de la hoya, i'm sure at the time they couldn't make 147 anymore so them being natural welters is wrong.

I don't see how Taylor is pitty patty or how you can say how bad he was or is. Calzaghe does not strike me as a Thomas Hearns either when it comes to punching power, but he has proved that punching power does not matter.

I think Taylor fought his heart out in his last two fights and lost them, but gave a good account of himself in both. Does that make him a bum also?

I think Hopkins will lose to Joe, but I also think he will give a good account of himself even though his best days are behind him. He is very smart and what he lacks in youth, he will make up in experience.
