....let's just hope he's not on drugs
Drugs are bad mmmkay
Internal riff in his team my ass...Dollars to Doughnuts the idiot was knocked out during Sparring because he looked at his F'ING shoe's and is embaressed to admit it.......
This guy just makes me dislike him more and more everytime I read about him or see him in action...
First he is afraid to actually engage with Miranda..Then the non stop lloking down to check his laces during fights...now this crap....He should be suspended if anything for wasting talent....

I won't flame him for it until there's some real information released on the matter. Could be someone in his camp is trying to screw around with their share of his purse, who knows. Can't say that there's no situation where it's not understandable, at least to me... I also don't see it having anything to do with anticipation of the fight itself or anything, as Echols has looked pretty shopworn and hasn't been fighting much. Green does seem like he's destined to stay at about the level he's fighting at now though.. Not helping himself by doing this.. I hope he doesn't burn his bridge with ESPN, as he is a pretty good fighter to appear regularly on FNF.
What a 'tard...
I mean think of the names of boxers who have co-hosted ESPN's fight nights? Hagler, Mikkel, Bert Sugar, SSM, Toney, Cotto, Jermain etc. etc.
And then he does something like this....![]()
Michael "Midnight Stalker" Walker
LOL I don't care for the name.
Sounds like an ass Friday Night Fights.
Least we have Shobox.
Here is more details on that dumb asses punk move.

A damn shame because if ESPN is pissed, no promoter in the world will be able to showcase him on that network again. Green had better hope that ESPN is the forgiving type, or he will have a tall mountain to climb to get media attention again.
He may have destined himself to fighting on small non televised cards.
Just my take on the situation but:
Green should have went through with this fight regardless since it was coming up so close to time but I understand why he has done this.
Green has been getting shafted(I am no fan particularly)into just being an ESPN fighter when he has the ability to fight on better programs. Echols is not the right caliber of fighter for Green IMO and he wants better options than what his crappy management is giving him. He is getting much better offers from outside sources and simply trying to further his career before it is too late.
