In some countries they would be wrangled by vigilanties, stripped, tied to tree's, and randomly beaten by any passers by that have heard of their crimes and want to deal out their own piece of "justice"...
If you focused on all the shit that goes on in the world by people like this, you'd go totally insane..... So I try to ignore stories like this.. Most of the time I can't stand watching the news as it's all sorts of shit like this about someone who's done something bad, that I can't beat the shit out of, that NO ONE is going to beat the shit out off, and in fact, no one is even going to bring them to any sort of deserving justice...

Last night I was so charged up about what I'd seen that I forgot to say that the guy smiling seems to be the one filiming and the fellow next to him is the one who tosses the puppy.
