Default Re: Kiko Martinez v Rendall Munroe RBR - European Super Bantamweight Title

    The judges have it:

115-113, 114-114, 115-113. Munroe wins it by MD.....how on earth did those judges have it so close. Munroe was so nearly robbed by dodgy judging in there, but he's scraped the judges card, and he won't care about the scores now the gold's around his waist.

    Sounds like some bad judging...

Mick....it is good to see that our group of moderators has kept an unbiased distance from this one and remain balanced and fair in their assessment.

Watching the previews on Setanta now, having just watched Haye beating Mormeck in the build up. Coverage begins in about an hour or so, and Lee is gonna do an RBR of Paul Smith v Cello Renda, and then we're on to the big hitters with Carl Johanneson v Kevin Mitchell and the big boys.....that David wossname and Andy Maccaroni. Or summat like that.

I'm not a huge fan of either fighter but am REALLLLY excited about this fight. 2 monster punchers,I just feel Haye has faced, beaten the better fighters and punch for punch has more power. The longer it goes, the more of a chance Enzo has,but whoever wins,I don't mind,as long as it's an exciting fight!

    Okay Rnd 1:

Smith gets caught with a few shots early on, good body shot from Renda, Smith caught with left hook, good right body shot from Smith, great combo from Renda landing a jab and a right and clinches the round.

    10-9 Renda
