I like this whole rep thing because it's more personal. You get to slap someone with bad rep if they're being an @s$hole.

It also minimizes unnecessary SCs from cowards.

I got you JT... I feel similar. I do think that the choosing how many reps you can give out capped by your max ammount is a good idea, though
