Oh yeah, knew that... was talking about water retention rather than muscle mass

Problem is I'm starting to get fairly tight at 81kg so I can't even afford a pound or two.

I can imagine it giving a good bounce back though, what's really been helping me has been taking a whey powder with Branch Chain Amino Acids in... I'm recovering much quicker at the moment and I'm able to train harder more frequently with out feeling like I've done too much (Which funnily enough I think I have this week... :s ;p)

    DAMNIT

so i decided not to take creatine right away, and to start training a little harder first and get into a good routine.. i purchased Body Fortress 100% whey protein from walmart or target, forget which one.. GREAT price for a 2lb jug.. it was like 12.99..

anyway, i was reading the BACK of the label, and come to find out it FUCKING HAS CREATINE IN IT.. nowhere on the front of the label does it say it, but creatine and l-glutamine are added to it..

this explains the stupid cramps i've been getting in my legs/feet, because i haven't been taking in enough water.. if i knew there was creatine in it, i'd make sure i took enough in..

anyway, first and foremost beware of this mix if you don't want to take creatine and secondly, should i be concerned about how long i take this shake? Trainer money mentioned that if i don't load and just take it daily (which is what i'm doing) i could prob go 2 months before i should cycle off..

From what i've read online it contains about 6g of creatine per serving (which i suppose they consider 2 scoops).. any help would be great!

It's very common for Whey Proteins to have some creatine and glutamine mixed in.

It's a good mix, particularly for initiating training.
