I like Lopez. But there's no way he's ready of De Leon. I see Lopez going out like Rey Bautista.

You and me both VD....
I like JuanMa the kids got talen, theres a possibility that he could beat PDL if he fights the entire fight focused and 100% zoned in.
But my moneys on that the second PDL connects with a solid shot hes done.
PDLs got a better chance at catching JuanMa then JuanMas got at outboxing PDL.
I think Caballero's just got Ponce's number, he may look like a sloppy fighter but he's akward and effective.
And I'm not sure about the Lopez/Bautista comparison. Yes in that maybe they were thrown in too quick, but I think Lopez has a chance to be a special fighter, whether he was thrown in too early or not I don't think Bautista ever looked like he was going to be a future star. Not sure he would have ever been ready.
Safe pick maybe Ponce but I think Lopez can pull it off. Hopefully he doesn't have chin issues.
Th only thing that i see Ponce getting advantage against Juanma is by the experiences that's all , if Juanma comes focus , good shape , I'm sure guys these going be KO fight like Rican said one or the other, i guarantee guys this kid going be the next Champ , he has all that require for be a Champ , has a good talent......![]()
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
De Leon has only been out-boxed once. That was against Celestino Caballero. Lopez can't box as good as Caballero. He has more power, yes. But that's going to work against him. Lopez is going to go in there thinking he can hurt and stop De Leon. And before he knows it, he's going to get cracked and floored. For all of De Leon's faults, a bad chin ain't one of them.
