train every other day your notic the difference in weight and skin
drink 2 liters of water before 4pm
Do you mind if I also pick your brain a bit here?

Why every other day for these things? I would have kinda thought aiming for roughly the same intake daily with a few treats occasionally might make your metabolism a bit more stable. Sort of aid in having a routine?

I have the exact same breakfast everyday is that bad?

Do you say every other day because you're recommending training every other day?

Do you suggest Avacodos for their good oils and I can't remember what else I've read about them but I think anticarcinogenic compounds? Here avocados are kinda expensive. I LOVE them but could only afford to have them occasionally. Any other food you can recommend that could I could have instead?

I have a tablespoon of flaxseed oil on my cereal everyday - is that equivalent to some of the good stuff in avocados?

OK I'm going by a very vague memory of what's good about avocados so I'll have to ask you to forgive my stupidity if I'm way off!

Ive got a few toss ons here
When I eat breakfast(infrequently)I tend to go for a Cup Of Ramens
    Its light and digests quickly
Lunch is almost Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner,I get to eat real food
Snacks are usually, during the day something like pickles
At night after dinner,a Soft Pretzel or an Egg Roll
    Why pickles?
    Think about it
Go work out,now lick your own arm, sounds gross, but do it anyway
    What do you taste like
    How about salt?
What is the brine they make pickles from mainly made of?
This prevents cramping and muscle tears, you have to have certain amount of it in your system, and the two things you blow through hardest when your working out,is salt and water
