My question is Should , Mayweather continue in the Top of P4P list ? Or Pacquiao made enough for occupy the place ? 2008 As we know Mayweather don't going return to the ring until Sept. of this Year where will face again with ODLH in 154 pnd...So we can speculate that he going make just one fight in this Year playing the game with ODLH and avoiding a competitive fights.......Should , he continue in the Top or Pacquiao ?

Coz he's a pussy! He'd rather choose to be thrown out in the ring and perform his bad acting job in WWE wrestling event.

Questions is: Does PBF still deserve to be the pound for pound #1? If not, then PaCQUAIO should be put into his rightful place.

Pac is 1-0 this year against fellow p4p.

Now PBF should also start winning against p4p fighter to maintain his spot.

I'm no Mayweather apoligist, but many people had Hatton on their P4P list.

Pacquiao won by the skin of his teeth, at least three quarters of people here think he lost. There were several times he looked out on his feet.

there's no comparison,Floyd isa different league altogether.
Oh no comparison at all with Mayweather. His kind of wins of not trying to engage because he is being out powered, backs out, run along the ring, then tires his opponent and take the chance to score a few jabs or if lucky eg: versus Hatton knocks him down due to opponents frustration is a sort of gayish for me. He cant fight with face head on which some say is a smart boxing but pretty boring imo. While on the other hand Pacquiao will not back off a face to face aggression. He will pound and get pounded but still come up victorious which makes him the no. 1 p4p boxer. The excitement and drama with Pacquiaos' fight is way far above than Mayweathers boring tactics. A well deserve win for Pacquiao! the 3rd round knock down shouts the 1 point difference which the judge saw in favor of Pacquiao. The rest of the round has been an even exchange and we dont need to get technical with that.
No true boxing and knowledgable boxing fan finds Floyd Mayweather boring. His style is stylistically beautiful. Boxing is the art of hitting and not being hit.

Floyd is the current era's undisputed master of that art.

Besides he's never been a fighter to fight scared as you suggest. He's slick and doesnt get hit but he's gone toe to toe plenty of times in his career and won every time.
Yeah you said it right art of "not being hit"? because he is running all around the ring. He makes boxing a running competition and your telling me he is not afraid? He is smart alright but not slick he fights back when his opponent is tired and has lost their temper (opportunistic pathogens). But toe to toe? hell no! He cant fight toe to toe against Hatton or De La Hoya or else he will lick the floor. He has no power or no courage at all of getting hit. That makes his fight a boring and gayish for me imao. Now dont call others not knowledgeable with boxing just because they dont agree with you. And for Pacquiao who gets in the ring with a smile, but will not back down with a face to face aggression, what more can I say? Only in your eyes and those who discredit Pacquiao(3 quarters of this forum) since from the begining will we see a comment of "controversial decision" Who are you? youre not better than the judges who had so many experience with judging a match. And to argue that he won by his skin of his teeth is what makes it amazing and exciting for Manny had not back down. No one will say that he cowardly run along the ring and pose for photograph shots lol. He can choose to do the same thing "to be smart running around" but that takes away the passion and drama within the ring. Now you and others can continue discrediting Manny Paquiao thats just fine . But for me Manny Pacquiao No 1 POUND FOR POUND BOXER!

What the hell are you talking about ?? how is staying in punching range and countering your opponent called running ?? do you know anything about the sweet science of boxing ?? And i can tell your lack of boxing knowledge when you only mention Hatton and ODLH fights for example. And just before i give you some example's i think your find Mayweather fought Hatton on the inside so what the hell are you talking about ?? and Mayweather stood toe to toe with the likes of Jesus Chavez, Gernaro Hernandez, Jose Luis Castillo 1, Angel Manfredy etc. Plus Mayweather has been in many exciting fights, in fact if you actually done your homework on Mayweather i think your find 90 percent of Mayweather's fights have been exciting. And i love the way you say *Are you better than a professional judge* well in same cases yes i am because some of these so called *professional judges* have scored fights like Chavez vs Whitaker a draw, fights like Holyfield vs Lewis 1 a draw. And just because Pacquiao is an aggressive fighter doesn't mean he is a better fighter than Mayweather, in fact P4P Mayweather is much better than Pacquiao. And if look at there careers Mayweather has had more quality wins than Pacquiao, plus Mayweather also has more accomplishments than Pacquiao does.

That's why I don't care about the whole rep system and all that like you. You always try to say all the right things to please people that you think are your buddies in here while I continually drop gems on all.

If you do come from boxing family and all that then you need to get your focus back man because I used to actually enjoy reading your posts until somewhere along the line you lost your focus.

I don't need to break down my whole pedigree on you about my boxing knowledge but it's clear from the posting that I'm a realist. I don't rely on misinformation or compare past guys with current ones or try to act like I know Ali and those type of guys fight game inside and out. What I do know is the here and now.

You can rate a guy who looks great against non worthy opposition as high as you want but it takes away from your credibility , not mine. I rate a guy by accomplishments.

If a guy wins a world title in 8 weight classes by fighting the most vulnerable guys it doesnt mean as much a guy fighting in the same loaded wight class his whole career and fighting the best fighters in the world.
Mayweather beat some of the best fighters at that time at Super Featherweight, Lightweight, i'll admit after he moved up to Jr Welterweight his opposition level did drop a bit, but i think his opposition has improved lately, ok im not happy about Mayweather rematching ODLH, but still its a good match up and so was the Hatton match up. And me saying things to please people ?? you must be joking, i considered Julius Rains to be one of the people i liked on this site but i had a big argument with him. Lets get one thing straight i will debate with anyone if i disagree with them. I don't care if i like them or not if i disagree with someone i'll let them know about it. Im not trying to be nasty but you said that no one can counter your argument i just did that and you had no reply to it. I think its a bit silly to brag about how no one can counter your argument then when someone does you say *I don't need to break down my whole pedigree on you about my boxing knowledge*. If you come out with a statement like that then you can't back out when you clearly stated no one has boxing knowledge to counter your argument, well i did and then you couldn't counter it. Im not here to argue but either debate or don't come out with comments like that its that simple.
I don't need to break down my pedigree because I make enough sense not to need to brother. You talk about past fighters and things and that's all good and gravy but that's not my era. This is. I love this boxing era and I want to see the great fighters fight each other even if it means me seeing one of my favorites lose.

How can a guy duck so many guys and still be considered the best by beating unworthy opponents. Hatton was clearly coming in with his hands down and it was only a matter of time before he would get caught. Collazo hurt him at ww too remember? As for DLH, how can anyone have expected him to be anything more than rusty after 1 fight in 3 or 4 years and that 1 being against a punching bag named Mayorga.

I give him credit for the Zab victory but I'm not buying that he was on his way to stopping him because it wasn't even close. Baldomir, i don't even need to comment on that 1 and Sharmba....Williams beat him worse.

I still think Williams would be a serious threat to floyd because even though floyd is able to move well, he would not mix it up enough to keep Williams honest like Quintana did.

You guys give floyd credit for what he hasn't done. Everytime some1 brings up a name, all you hear is , are u crazy, floyd would destroy him or there's isnt enough money.

Meanwhile, Pac could ko 100 guys that are not on his level and would not get the credit because he doesn't go around telling the world he's unbeatable.

You were talking like you had me stumped ICB but that can't happen because you have alot more to learn about trusting your own judgements.

    I'll just leave it that.
Yes you do need to break it down otherwise why come out with that comment that no one can challenge your argument or etc that just seems ridiculous to me. You ask for a debate you got one then you don't want to break it down ?? and im not be nasty here but your actually slightly annoying me now, because you think your some sort great almighty knowledgeable boxing fan and no one is in your league when thats total BS and you know it. And who are these fighters that Mayweather is ducking ?? you come out with the comment and don't back up your argument. And as for ODLH i think your find Mayweather was moving up to a weight class he had never fought at before, and i think your find many people on this forum had it 50-50 match up. Plus ODLH was about a stone heavier than Mayweather on fight night. Plus ODLH's bad performances against Sturm, Hopkins, were at Middleweight where he was comfortable, at Light Middleweight where he fought Mayweather he some of his best performances like the rematch against Mosley, and against Vargas, plus when he fought Mayorga he looked great to me, he looked sharp, strong, fast. As for Hatton he was P4P fighter and Mayweather outclassed and KO'd Hatton in brutal fashion. As for Hatton at WW many people were saying Hatton had an off night against Collazo and that he took Collazo lightly. You know what makes me laugh is that people like you are never happy. You say he is avoiding ODLH he beats him then he is ducking Hatton, he beats Hatton now he is avoiding Miguel Cotto, who is he avoiding next if he beats Cotto ?? Paul Williams, Vernon Forrest ?? And you still did not counter my argument because i gave you a list of fighters Mayweather beat and you mention Sharmba Mitchell and Carlos Baldomir, when i didn't even mention them in the first place. And what do you mean we give credit for what Mayweather hasn't done ?? no i give him credit for beating more quality fighters than Pacquiao does, plus winning 5 titles in 5 different weight classes, more than Pacquiao thats why he is higher on P4P rankings than Pacquiao simple as that, and not only that because P4P Mayweather is a much better fighter than Pacquiao what more can i say ?? its pretty simple answer. I was talking like i had you stumped ?? you have yet to counter my argument at all. All i know is that you was the one bragging about how no one can counter your argument, and i have yet then you say you don't want to break it down, and IMO you have yet to counter any of my comments as of yet.

Good question. Alot of people felt Manny lost, alot felt he won. Thats the indicator of a great fight. No one can scream robbery over the results because it was truly a good, close fight. Both guys have caught some crap for the fight outcomes and events in the ring. BOTH guys should just get credit for being that competitive against each other and being so evenly matched with their opposite styles. Pac was hurt,JMM was hurt..great fight.

As for P4P,I think Manny gets a temporary nod until Floyd becomes"active" again. I don't think you should stay atop without fighting, and fighting top guys. Pacquiao gets the "interim" P4P top spot for me. Inactivity plays a pivotal role for my personal scoring.

Pacquiao is the real p4p king. Get real fellas.

I still feel that Mayweather is still ahead of Pacquiao in pound-for-pound rankings but not for long.

Not that Pacquiao is better overall, but cause Floyd isn't really fighting the "real" competition and is not as active as Pacquiao will be this year.

that and the fact floyd has been at that weight and won a belt there.

pac vs floyd at that weight? floyd would KO him no question.
have you ever seen floyd get hit flush? none right? anybody that could punch gets a 50/50 chance. how could you be so sure floyd ko's him? i wish manny and floyd were in the same division coz they will surely make the fight happen. now we will see who will shut up.

Ahhaahahahah who is this clown. THat has to be one of the stupidest posts I've ever read with regards boxing on this forum. So, since Floyd has never been hit flush(though he has), but let's say he had been hit, "none right?" Therefore anyone who can punch has a 50/50 chance....Oh god, that's too good. So he's never fought anyone who could punch, I guess By your rationale if he'd fought more than 2 or 3 he'd likely have lost huh?. Really, fukin priceless how STUPID some of these Pacboys are. USE YOUR EYES, WATCH THE TWO MEN FIGHT. There's absolutely no possible way Pacquiao is a better pound for pound fighter than Mayweather. It's ridiculous to suggest otherwise if you are truly objective. Hella drunk, sorry bout the rant but I hate reading garbasge like this. Those who are more articulate with their feeble arguement's than this goof, are still just as pathetic in my eyes for claiming to really feel Pacquiao is better.

    Mayweather is still P4P #1!!!
