I don't know if Pac avoided Casa or not, but I don't see why he would need to. Even with the win tonight, this guy ain't on Pac's level. Maybe he was 5 years ago, but not anymore.

As to the stoppage, I think many refs would have stopped it right after the eight count, because Kats looked very unstable.

I think Kats' pressure and getting inside is actually part of his defense, much like with Hatton. Also like Hatton he would be well served with a could jab on the way in, especially a double jab. Casa was starting to pot shot him later in the fight. A good jab would have buffered some of that.

I think Kats should have taken a page out of Andrade's book and kept on what was working. He seemed to abandon the body work late. I think if he had stayed on it, he would have had a better chance of keeping the momentum on his side and scoring the KO for himself. It was pretty obvious that Casa didn't like those body shots...

Katsidis could of won this fight after the eighth round. terrible job from his corner. they should of told him to keep hitting the body. Preschool display from Katsidis side. disappiontment period. I really don't like casamayor from his last two fights prior to this one because IMO he should of lost the other ones as well as this one but once again terrible result for Katsidis and his corner for doing a rookie mistake.
