What is Cardiac Arrest?

What exactly is Cardiac arrest? Is it sort of like a heart attack or stroke?

Cardiac Arrest is basically a heart attack but a bit different...a heart attack can happen in different ways...heart too fast and just stops...heart weak and slows down til it stops etc...

When someone has cardiac arrest the heart contracts and keeps trying to get tighter...almost like making a fist and you keep trying to squeeze it and squeeze it to make it tighter.....

That is the reason why it is more dangerous then just a normal heart attack...a regular heart attack the heart can be restarted to beat again...cardiac arrest the heart is already in contraction so it can't be jump started...needs to be relaxed

Also another thing is that you can have a heart attack and it is not your whole heart...it can be a portion or just 2 valves etc...cardiac arrest means the whole heart
