But he could have said something like: I don't agree with the decision. I felt I pulled it off. I was a close fight but I got the nod.

Not an excuse but words of him not feeling like he lost.

I thought Spinks won the fight, but to be honest I was posting and surfing the net at the same time so didn't pay that much attenttion.

From listening to Bob Sheridan I was assuming Spinks was cakewalking it but I should have remembered that Bob has never had a clue when it comes to judging fights.
