ODLH or Hatton?... Possible future opponents for Pac?

Fighting DLH would set Pac for life while fighting Hatton would be Pac's chance at the higher echelons of the all-time list. I do not see how this is such a bad idea for Pacquiao, who seems to be losing interest in boxing anyway. Why not strike while the iron is hot?
