Great fight...Great performance by Le...Frank is an arrogant jerk....Le should have mocked him like Frank mocked Gracie after hitting him behind the head and Gracie could not continue...

IMO Le was a bit over whelmed by the big fight atmosphere and showed a lack of killer instinct early on but gained it at the end of the third when he went for the kill.....Le also does not seem to have that much power in his shots or maybe Frank just has a better jaw then I thought....Le landed some hellacious shots and Shamrpck took them...that punch in the second that landed sounded like it would have knocked out a moose....

Anyone else think it was more then the arm why Shamrock called it a day...those last two kicks Le connected with hurt him bad and the last one caught Frank right on the ear....

    Good fight

yep, i think those last two kicks rung his bell man. i dont think that it was the wrist coz when he drop on his knees he used that arm lean on his knee. great fight man. i thought Le was gonna get dropped but man does he have the jaws as well. frank is made of steel too.. but i guess Le was the plasma cutter

daxx.. ill rep u when i can

Tremendous fight. Frank could have won that.He stood and traded with Cung for 3 rounds and hurt him bad at the end of the third.Kudos to Cung for the win but Frank was too cocky,he should have taken Cung down.A rematch would be good but so far,I think that's an MMA FOTY contender(wow boxing is so far ahead with regards to FOTY candidates!)

Dunno man I thought Frank got owned, that was an absolutely awesome display by Cung Lee.

To be honest I think to be as proficient and skilful as Cung Lee is in his style actually requires more skill than boxing, his kicks and spinning backfists are incredible.

I#ve always liked Lee but like most I thought he was a show fighter, i.s some great moves but not really relevent to real fighting, and I thought he'd get beaten quickly.

Bu the guy was incredible. I love watching fights like that, the sense of tension for me is greater than in boxing as you feel like the fight can end at any second. It was an awesome fight, and a credit to the skillset in mixed martial arts.

Again good win for Cung, Shamrock's game plan was terrible he didnt utilize the tools that make him one of the best in the world...

As good as a victory that was I still consider Anderson Silva the best Middleweight in the world and PFP#1 MMA fighter

IMO Le does not have too much of a ground game...his stand up is awesome....make that phenominal...he is right out of a 1970's Kung Fu flick and it is not all show either....

Frank was trying to prove that he's not just all about ground-and-pound fighter. But he evidently he failed to stablish that against an excellent kicker.

If Shamrock would have been more serious about the fight he would have beat Le.

The little shit he was doing and smiling and counting the shots..... Was fulishness IMO.

I think Frank will get his head out of his ass in a rematch and use his strengths to beat Le IMO

I disagree Mick...Shamrock is a bully when it comes to mentality...and like most bullies when someone gets the better of them they fall apart

Funny how much more Frank has in the tank than his brother.

Frank also took a long break from fighting...and spent a lot of his return fighting roll over scrubs

i thought at first it was the 2 kicks that sent him down but after like the third replay i think it was the wrist

the first kick lands, and it was partially caught by his arm, he winces and slightly shakes his arm, then before the second kick is thrown he throws a right hand, lands it and pulls back his arm awkwardly, like he thought it was fucked up

anyway i always loved cung le, alot of people here used to hate on him cuz his fights would always come on after FNF
