Another UK V USA Contender showdown likely and Paul Smith set to captain UK team

Sorry Lee but i have to agree with V.D on this one i heard a lot of hype about Smith and when i watched a few fights of his he was nothing more than a decent fighter at best. He was very lucky to get the decision in the Contender in which many thought he lost. And in his last 2 fights he has been struggling against fighters who he is supposed to blow away if he is a good prospect. Even before i see his fight with Conroy McIntosh and he only just about got over the line in that one as well, and Conroy has a losing record for crying out loud. Smith is average in every attribute nothing he does is good at all its all mediocre. I'll be shocked if he got anywhere near a title shot.

I actually rspect you opinion and what you say I can agree in parts, but Paul CAN and WILL be a world champion IMO it's just the past few fights he's been looking for that one punch KO which is a bad strategy. There's a lot more to come from him.
