Of course Jhonny is no Oscar. But then, Oscar is well past his prime, while Jhonny is still in his prime - that sort of even up things a bit. And again, Penalosa is not pac either. So somehow, the equation seems to match up a bit. If Hopkins did it with one shot, why not pac just go on holding up his gloves high all day and keeping banging the body. Maybe what Bernard did with one, pac can do it with 10 or even 20. Yup, highly unlikely but not totally impossible as you all know that anything can happen on the ring. Call me nuts, a fool, a fanatic, or a pac nutSucker if you wish. Maybe that's what I am.
I'll go with option four, your a pac nutSucker
I had that nasty feeling too but just couldn't accept it.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.

Maybe it's just me, but I thought boxing was doing just fine with its mega-fights as of late between fighters of the same size and weight. We've had the Pavlik-Taylors, Pavlik-Mirandas, Cotto-Judahs, Cotto-Mosleys, Pac-Marquezes, etc, etc.

Why all the fascination with pitting fighters of such different weights? I kinda miss the old days of the sport, when we didn't have to resort to gimmicks to be excited about boxing.

My advice? Let’s stop fantasizing about the Pacs vs the DLHs, the Pavliks vs the Klitschkos, the Hattons vs the Calzaghes, blah, blah, blah… and let’s enjoy the classics we’ve been having lately on their own merits.

Best post in the thread.Who cares about these gimmick fights like Tito v Roy,Pacman v(insert name here) when we have so many stacked weight classes calling for unifications/exciting bouts etc.Awesome posting.

Sorry bro, but that is just plain crazy.
Blowing away thirty million dollars is a whole lot crazier.
THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS!? you are crazy, it wouldn't even be near that
Floyd Mayweather made that much against DLH, and he is nowhere exciting as Pac.

And that made PBF an exciting fighter? Do you really know what you're saying JLAQ (or should I say hitmandonny's girl)? It's true that he's style is nice to watch but it does not make him exciting...

The money PBF earned is not a measuring scale of how exciting he is. Besides, I believe most people watch his fight to see him go down not him winning.

1)Thats not my girlfriend, she knows a lot more and she's not a Mayweather fan.

2)If it were my girlfriend, and her boxing knowledge was being questioned because she was a girl, this thread would turn into a battlefield very quickly.
