I don't know.In recent fights Tarver is starting to show his age.If you recall his fight with Glen Johnson he throw alot of shoeshine punches to body.It seemed he just outpointed him like an amatuer.I never thought Tarver was a devastating puncher. That came on by the Jones K.O. and all of a sudden Tarver was a big puncher.I think Woods will be just fine in there and probably win convincingly.

Movement..I am not saying run or try to be a dancing machine but get off a walk..throw jabs while doing so..

Show him no respect early by getting dirty...first clinch get off hard shots and push him away...Tarver has a very fragile psyche...he does not like to be bullied...if he thinks you have no respect for him he starts thinking you know something....

Don't let him establish his jab..Tarver really does not have all that much of an arsenol...he is a creature of habit so to speak...it was shown in the loss to johnson and the loss to Hopkins...When Tarver's best tools are not working out the way he wants he begins to get frustrated easily instead of staying the course...it goes with the fragile mindset....

Most of all do not underestimate him...when you start getting ahead and you start seeing him get frustrated do not think he is falling apart...and do not use the same tactic over and over again...EG- move a bit then furstrate him on the inside..the use counter shots then back to movement...

All in all he is not a hard fighter to beat...Tarver has been more of a fighter who was at the right place at the right time rather then dominate with skill....When you look at his record he has beaten his biggest names when they were long past their best (no even talking about Jones)...and up until the Harding rematch had not beaten a legit opponent soundly....

Also do not try for a KO...Tarver has a good chin...all in all frustration is the way to go...

I think Clinton has a great chance of winning this, in fact I'd make him the favourite.

Woods always comes in shape and always gives 100%, Tarver has looked bad in recent outings.

Wood's workrate will be crucial. I expect Woods to win the early rounds, but Tarver will test him later on. I think round 6-10 will be the rough rounds for Woods as Tarver's power could be a factor.

I can't see Tarver sustaining 12 rounds at a fast pace though and if it's close going into the championship rounds I really think Woods will win those rounds and pull it off.

For me it's a Woods win unless Tarver can land something big and either knock him out or put him down a couple times.

If Woods stays on his feet he wins this imo.

If Woods can outpoint Tarver early with a higher output, Tarver will struggle later, his endurance isn't that great right now. From what I've seen of Woods he's the exact opposite though. In a slow paced fight Tarver will get the better of it. Woods needs to pressure early then go into defense mode potshotting once the fight goes later rounds constantly moving.
