It hasn't been too bad lately. I think I need to be careful I don't overdo other upper body training when doing weights etc. I'm keen to strengthen it though to get back my right cross which was once much stronger than it has been for a while.
I'm going to put MD's shoulder stabilizing technique into my weight training routine and see how it goes. I've also noticed i slouch to the right a bit - especially when sitting down so I'm trying to stop that in case this bad postural habit has anything to do with it.
I hope yours doesn't continue to flare up. Do you think you can pin point a relatively steep increase in some kind of upper body training that might have set it off?
