It's crazy what happened to Dwain, he's one of the only guys in history to admit it yet gets treated worse tha the lot. If you're popular and deny it, you will always have a loyal fan base that WANT to believe you no matter what.
I WANT to believe Shane, but it's unblikely that he suspected nothing.

It was pretty obvious he was taking steroids, one moment he was coming 3rd behind all the yanks. Then only after a few months he was getting under 10 seconds beating runners like Maurice Greene etc. Plus the amount of muscle mass he put on in such a short time as well.

Shane "unknowingly" took steroids yet by his own admission,he's a fitness freak and checks everything he takes? Doesn't sound right to me. Shane being a nice guy means he is looked upon in a sypathetic way,had this been Zab Judah,we'd be calling for his head and we all know it.

Your probably right but Mosley is one of my favorites so i don't want to believe it. But i have to admit the whole thing stinks, but what was that story that he took lie detector test and passed ??

I agree with everyone that it's extremely unlikely Mosley didn't know that he was taking steroids. However he's not really suing Conte on that basis that he never knowingly took them... If Victor Conte wrote in his book that he SAW Shane inject himself with steroids, and in fact he didnt, than Mosley has every right to sue him regardless of whether he was knowingly taking the roids or not.
