If Floyd really thinks he is no 1 he needs to meet Cotto or he will die never knowing and Champs dont often like to do that.

Correct timing doesnt only occur just in the ring the game exists out of it too and its not always just over money although thats the excuse we buy easier.
Safer to fight a fighter who has platoed or leved out for a while rather than one thats still comming on like a steam train.
We just have wait a while.
