Make sure it's something you won't mind having for the rest of your life. 70% of my upper body, + my head, have tatoos. I took my time and planned each one and had them drawn up for me. I refuse to get one off the shop wall in a parlor. Think of something unigue, that fits you, and go from there.
One of the tats on my head is the Jack in the Box antennae ball; though my "Jack" has a battle axe stuck in his dome, with his little yellow hat falling off and blood dripping down. You should see the reaction when I visit the local JITB restaurant. Very interesting to say the least. It's silly, but it's unique and I have yet to see anyone else with one
