I'd say that anyone would fear getting hit by Klitschko, but knowing that he's been knocked down plenty before, if i was a heavyweight with a lot of power i'd be willing to take a stab at it knowing that i'd have a chance to knock him out..

Pavlik on the other hand, has been knocked down before and every time he got right back up from what i've seen.. especially that flurry by JT in their first fight.. Same with Miranda.. he took a lot of shots from Pavlik and still wanted to fight back.. When you have a fighter on the other side of the ring who is going to try to knock you out, before they get knocked out, then there is intimidation.. When you have Klitschko throwing jabs and afraid to throw a right at you, and you know he doesn't wanna brawl, then there is always hope.

You don't have to BRAWL to be a feared fighter...the guys has the exact same record as Mike Tyson and you're telling me no one fears him He's a lot different of a fighter but the same KO percentage the same amount of wins and he's got PLENTY of power and he uses it effectively UNLIKE Sam Peter who is just a big dumb brute in the ring....and I don't mean to insult Sam Peter's intelligence as a person but his intelligence in the ring and there is a big difference.

I would put Wlad K in there too. Sorry. Citron is scary too. I saw him destroy a guy. But for me Cotto and Pavlik really stick out. They bath have a jaw line that can cut stone and when they knock you out you think the words retirement before you think the words rematch. Most feared? I say a feared fighter is a person who others won't fight--even when they have a belt!!! (i.e. Margarito & N. Donaire),

when you hit like a mule (i.e. Miranda & Pavlik)

or when the others know there is no way for them to look remotely good against the fighter (i.e. Nate Campbell, Tony Thompson & JC Gomez). Yes, I included Thompson in there because he has been avoided by every top 15 Heavy in the United States (regardless of original nationality), thereby having to fight Krasniqi and come back to the US to fight Cliff Couser... He's not ducking, the contenders/champs are ducking him. WK is only fighting him b/c he is a mandatory.

I think Cotto is becoming more feared as he gains more significant wins. Yep, he is definitely on the 'feared' list now.
