Niggling little injury

Inside my left nostril, a bit of bone has pierced the flesh and is really annoying me.

It's not sticking out, it's just cut the skin and is exposed, when I change facial expression it niggles a bit.

I've just put some vaseline on it to try help temporarily.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Aright they mate!Sounds saw your nose!How far up inside your left nostril is it?How did you do it?...through sparring?Tell me more on the subject and i might be able to help

Go to the doctor - get some sick leave from work and give yourself a chance to sort out non-work related stuff!

Your health has to be number one because if it isn't everything else will be harder than it has to anyway.

It'sd just inside my left nostril.
I've broken my nose a couple o9f times and never had it fixed as....well theres no point really. And now a jagged edge at the lower part of the septum is piercing the skin.

Go to the doctor - get some sick leave from work and give yourself a chance to sort out non-work related stuff!

Alright they bud!Some sound advice there for you from other pals from the site.I agree that you should get it propperly checked out off your G.P(Doctor).I feel for you with you working.I've been there before by putting work first before my health,and it did'nt work out for me.It just got worst and worst as time went on.Just take a few "Lue" days off work to go and see your G.P and he'll give you a sick note for the time for you to heal up.Health ALWAYS comes first my friend NO MATTER WHAT!Especially if your still fighting and sparring!Promise me and the rest of your friends who have give you sound advice to go and see the doctor after all it may just be a simple injury and you'll be back at work in no time!

It will do if you take a heavy punch yeah!It's always going to be a easy target to get clocked on the snout(nose)weather you've already broken it or not.Due to the fact that it's the only part on the human body that sticks out horizontally apart from your fingers and toes of course.It should heal up like any other bone in the body.It's a well known fact that as the bone heals up,it'll be stronger than before it was before it was broken.Im not sure how long a broken nose will take to heal but i do know that a broken limb e.g Arm or leg heals fully in 6weeks.As far as you being concern about it being broken again....my advice is simple...just try and cover yourself more with your guard.Well done in taking the advice on going to see the Doc anyhow.He NOSE best!Good luck!Dont worry!
