Tyson had far more skill than Foreman and he would hit him and not be hit with ease, Foreman thre wide punches, also he had better stamina so would have lasted if the fight went into the latter rounds.

Tyson had better skill than Frank Bruno and Bruno still rocked his ass....fights aren't won on skill alone.
George Foreman fought Joe Frazier and massacred him and Tyson would have faced the same huge bombs that were dropped on Frazier. Old Foreman would have whipped Tyson's ass too. George not only had a mental edge on Tyson, he fought using his physical features to his advantage.
We've got an entire thread dedicated to Foreman-Tyson and honestly I just don't see Tyson having the HEART or mental toughness to beat any top 10 All-Time Great Heavyweight.
Frazier and Tyson fought nothing alike(Frazier doesn't possess a fraction of the speed Tyson had, and Tyson didn't go to the body nearly as much as Frazier did). Foreman never went up against a fighter who possessed the tenacity in the early stages of a fight like Tyson, just as Tyson never faced a fighter with the power of Foreman. Neither one of these guys was invincible, but also neither one of them in their primes could be obliterated by anyone in less than 6 rounds, that just ain't happening. One of them would get stopped in about 9-12 rounds. Even the brutal beatings that Tyson did endure when he lost, it took his opponent over half of the fight to put him away. And Foreman essentially got caught rocked with a single shot from a fighter who is not even in the same ballpark powerwise as Mike. Prime for prime, stylistically, this would be a pick-em (I'd personally go with Foreman by KO in 10 or 11).
