    Shots or mixed it all depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time but if you are going to mix it(bourbon) or chase it Coke is the only way to go.

    IF you want to box and drink , then the best drink in terms of low calories etc is a diet coke and barcardi

    ALcohol is more than just damaging calories though, it can screw with your hormones etc so your body recovers slower from a workout , slows your reactions etc

    Oh I would, I have had my fair share of sober months and it's ridiculous everyone ALWAYS wants to go drinking....it's so hard to say no.

    I don't drink at all.
    I haven't let it touch muy lips since I was eighteen.
    Yet I constantly get hassled people just can't accept my life choice.

    It disgusts me and I've actually stopped socialising in plces like that as a result.

    I agree, I share the same experience as you . I'd stay clear of alcohol when training.
