It's not just his heart it's his psyche.
You can see fear in his eyes, you can see doubt in his body language, and you can see a lack of confidence in himself as a fighter.
Boxers have a sixth sense for that stuff when Margarito picked up on those things it was like blood in the water....Margarito injured Cintron's psyche by taking his punches and Cintron didn't have the mental stamina to say "Well you took that first punch well but we'll see how you take power punch #50 or #60"....Margarito is a peice of iron he won't break the first time you hit him but if you keep nailing him he'll bend and get weaker and he'll eventually break.
That's where Cintron and Cotto differ.....Cotto will hit you until you're hurt whether it's the 1st punch or the last punch and Cintron see's you can take his power and the more you can take then the more HE is hurt by that mentally
