I'll have to wait for an expert to reply, however I'll say this.
You're 3rd and 4th knuckle do look somewhat abnormal. I could be dead wrong about this, but I think knuckle shifting is a bad thing. Mine have never shifted or anything like this.

Is the pain sharp or dull ?
is it deep or a shallow pain?
Is the pain when you push down directly on a knuckle or when you push it sideways?

Knuckles arnt up there floating around seperatly they are the formed ends of the bones that run up the top of your hand, tendons run over the top of each knuckle and slip off to the side when twigged around, sounds like you may have damage to one of these. another tendon joins onto the knuckle just above your finger bone and helps control your finger if its ripped or damaged it will hurt when you force your finger down in a stretch .ligaments are formed all around your knuckle and you may have ripped one side of them if your off line a bit, prod around the knuckle you'll find it burns or sharp if thats the case. The capitate bone (seperate lump behind your middle knuckle may have shifted ) how does it feel to relax your hand and play around with the bones behind your knuckles from above and below moving them around, normal pain can be felt from below (in the palm of your hand) but not ususally above on those points.

I can pop them all with not pain and it actually feels great but when I slightly touch it or move it thats when I feel something. Its weird I can throw a hundred punch and not feel anything but then when im sitting and i slightly move it somehow i get nerve messages like pain. the pain is more side ways around the knuckle rather then directly down or when impact from knuckle to something when i throw a punch. i'd say pain is slightly deep nowhere near the skin tissue and its pretty sharp and suprising.

Yea I've been thinking about those two as well. They do look abnormally smaller and not as defined as the onces in my other hand. I actually think the third shifted slightly too. At the time my knuckles were swollen I just thought the third and the fourth look so much smaller kuz they weren't as swollen. Even now though they are still noticeably smaller almost like chipped off or crushed.
I can't believe I have deformed knuckles now![]()
