    You don't. Many people do.
Considering Calzaghe-Kessler was the lowest HBO broadcast ever, I think a lot of people don't give a damn about him. Calzaghe is a local fighter.

At the Thomas and Mack Center on Saturday there'll be about ten thousand Calzaghe fans who've spent thousands of their own money travelling thousands of miles to see him and members of Bernard Hopkins' family and friends. The local fighter will have nobody there to support him.

Calzaghe will not have 10 thousand fans there. He'll have more like a couple of hundred. Keep in mind that by all means Hopkins-Calzaghe should be a PPV fight. But it wouldn't of sold cuz nobody gives a damn about Calzaghe.

Nobody wants to watch Bernard clinch and foul for twelve rounds.

Considering 350,000 and 305,000 paid to watch him fight Antonio Tarver and Winky Wright on PPV. I guess they do. Calzaghe couldn't get anybody to watch him fight Kessler on regular HBO.

Like i said, no one here gives a fuck about HBO, it was a fight in Britain and it was very successful. End of.

Maybe they should have had the fight in Wales - they probably would have had a crowd of 70,000 for this one. Calzaghe has brought around 10,000 fans to America but sadly Hopkins has no real fans in his own backyard.

Maybe Hopkins negative performances and slow tactical style is unpopular in the States. Mind I suppose US fans won't pay to see their boy take an ass whooping like he will tonight.

He's a local fighter. He couldn't send ten thousand fans from a nation of 300 million to Wales to watch him fight yet Calzaghe can get thousands from three million Welsh people. If Welsh and UK fans had the equivalent market tv/attendance money breakdown and population as the US Joe would do vastly bigger TV numbers. That's because he's an entertaining fighter, unlike Bernard.

Manny Pac, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera all did great numbers in the US. They are not US fighters. Why? Cuz people gave a damn about them. Nobody gives a damn about Calzaghe except the Welsh. He proved it in his fights with Kessler and Bika. The Kessler fight was the lowest rating fighte ever. The Bika fight one of the lowest.

Yeah, well Mexican people live in the US and Mexico is hardly too far away. Your so silly VD.

Also manny has hordes of American fans, as Morales and Barrera do. Nugget

They did great numbers cuz of the Hispanic community buying their fights. If you're going to judge Calzaghe by how well he does on America TV then you have to judhe Hopkins on how well he'd do on UK TV. By any fair method of judging their respective popularity Calzaghe wins easily, like he will on Saturday night.

Your stupidity makes my teeth itch. It's Hopkins that cannot fill a small venue. Your fucking brain is mush!
