    Default TUF SEASON 7:thoughts?

I think it's bene ok,some good fights.Quinton has been funny. Forrest has been quite serious. Dana is just so dam unprofessional,it's embaressing honestly. Does he think using the F word alllll the time makes him "cool" or "hip" or something. Seriously

I agree. Junk fighters IMO. Rampage is funny; calling that one dude who just got his a## kicked a hobbit

Seems like the talent is getting worse each new season. I did feel sorry for that kid who got knocked silly in the prelim fights; the one who was moaning and practically asking for his mother

I've heard that C.B. Dolloway is good, he's probably the favorite.

Thank God I don't have herpes.

Since I pretty much watch MMA when boxing's not on I like the strikers and there is nothing more frustrating than watching a striker with shitty takedown defense being constantly taken down by a wrestler. Like that Dolce-whoever fight. Its why I can't totally get into MMA.

Yeah that herpes, oh god that would be terrible. Hah, unbelievable that's brutal of Spike, they could have faked a toe injury or something that was a little mean.

I've really enjoyed the show so far, I think the UFC works really well in a reality tv sense, in a way that the Contender failed.

I don't care if the fighters are any good really, one or two with true talent will doubtless emerge the others are just fodder there to entertain.

Rampage is hilarious, that guy has me stitches every time I see him, he's a Hollywood Superstar in the making imo. When his career is over he'll be the next 'Rock' and break into films.

My favourite fighter is Jesse, the one who looks like a cross between Big john McCarthy and Napoleon Dynamite. He's so unintentionally hilarious he cracks me up.

Watching him interact with the dishwasher a couple episodes ago had me chuckling for about 10 minutes.

the fights have kind of sucked to me.

Thankfully we get to see Dante Rivera "fight" again. Throw a punch and hug, the John Ruiz of MMA, except I guess you can't say there's only John Ruiz of MMA.

The best part of this season has been that DEA show after which is crazy how they go from a street buy to drug lords every episode. This week the guy was undercover, crazy stuff.

I agree Rivera dumbed that fight down but Brandon Sene didnt' have the versatility to win I think he is used to winning on conditioning. This next fight should be good Jeremy May and I have trained with the same trainers so i know he's well rounded. but Mac Brown looks like he has solid stand up where May goes off alot of talent.

Wow, these guys are not impressive.

Maybe its just me but it seems like the talent level's much lower than ever.

Like last night, that May guy fakes an injury, doesn't even train and what do you know gasses out after like 30 seconds. And the guy he was fighting Matt Brown, who was made out to be some kind of badass looked ordinary at best, he just wasn't as bad (or out of shape) as May.

Then the second fight was a straight up toughman brawl, period. I mean it was fun in its own way but those are not skilled fighters at all.

TUF is what it is. I've always said that its purpose is to find young raw talent to infuse the UFC with names that its less informed fans can relate to. That being said since the first season the talent has definately dropped off. Not counting the veteran season the last three have had only 1-2 guys that have the tools for the UFC. It is a good marketing tool but Dana and the crew need to find better fighters
