Can I Ask You Guys Something Regarding The Pavlik vs Calzaghe Fight.

Fair enough, but even at this stage in Hopkins career, who would be a bigger challenge at 168 or 175?

Doesnt that sum up Calzaghe's place in history up ?
That Hopkins aged 43 was the best fight out there ?

Calzaghe isnt going to be regarded as a better fighter in boxing history than Jones by beating him when he is over the hill. As i said its a good payday for Calzaghe end of story.

No mate deadly serious! NOBODY in the world is better at 168 or 175 than Calzaghe AT THE MOMENT. I don't think he should fight RJJ, and I don't think he would've beaten a prime RJJ either, what I am saying is, for the last 3 out of 4 fights he has stepped up and fought the man everybody said he should, he can't do anymore than that! If he fights RJJ for a payday he deserves it, afterall Pavlick is taking a safe fight against Lockett. Personally, I would like to see Calzgahe have one more fight against Pavlick, who I see as the only real fighter at their peak and on their way up between Middle and Light Heavy.

What I am saying to you is, in the last 2 years i.e since Lacy, who could Calzaghe have fought to impress you more than the 3 men he has just beat?
