DLH is a prick for making this fight...There is no relevence to it...Forbes does not stand in the way of a title shot...Hell I don't even think Forbes has been ranked in the top 10 for quite some time....Just a opp for DLH to claim a win....

On the other hand Forbes will be paid well for the fight...Perhaps his highest to date....and In the future DLH will make sure he gets some gimme fights with decent paydays as well....It is a win win for him....

We see "pricks" here and there. Cotto just hand-picked Gomez as well instead of a big name. It's fine for me. ODLH has one of the best resumes out there so it's not really THAT bad for him to take a break. Cotto just did the same and nobody complained.

Thats where you are wrong mate...Cotto did not handpick Gomez...Gomez was also a ranked opponent...The fight was taken mainly due to the fact there was no other clear dance cards at the moment

Gomez had as much chance as Forbes to win. 18 fights with only 8 Kos (4 looses, one by KO and 2 draws). So its not like it was a PPV fight or anything close to that. Both ODLH and Cotto faced class C opponents. Seems to me that whatever ODLH does, it's completely unacceptable but if anyone does the same then "yeah, that's cool".

ODLH is making this fight FREE. If it was PPV (which he could easily do) people would complain. He makes it FREE and people complain anyways. "Oh, why is he making it free? There's gotta be something behind it...oh, its free because it's a class C opponent who he shouldn't be fighting..." and so on. People thought Hopkins would win just because he's under Golden Boy but nope, he lost, and some people complain about the decision. Can't please everybody I guess.
